About Mark Browne
Principal, Breve Technology Consulting

Mark Browne is the founder of Breve Technology Consulting. After more than five years of experience in IT and litigation technology, Mark started Breve with a simple concept: The right solution. No band-aids, no workarounds. This philosophy has enabled him to provide clients an unprecedented measure of success in solving critical business problems.
Prior to forming the company Mark was with Heller Ehrman LLP, where he was responsible for administration, customization, and firmwide support of the Introspect litigation support platform. During Mark's tenure at Heller he managed discovery projects of unprecedented scale and complexity--over 10 million documents spanning both onsite review and hosted ASP solutions. At Bingham McCutchen LLP, Mark served as lead technical point for cross-office data repositories, vendor outsourcing, and document production on one of the largest and most visible cases that firm had seen to date. He also developed much of Bingham's Litigation Technology best practices and trained attorneys, paralegals and other Litigation Technology staff in the use of litigation software. At Fast Track Litigation Support, Mark drove e-discovery
processing for the SF Bay Area's largest law firms when EDD was still in its infancy. In this role, he helped develop electronic discovery standards and worked with developers to incorporate these practices into software.
Mark holds a degree in Industrial Design from Academy of Art University and is a member of the Bay Area Association of Litigation Support Managers, where he served as Treasurer from 2004-2005.
